Privacy policy

When you request a proposal, book a consultation or contact us, we collect the name, business name, email address, phone number and message you give us.

When you create an account we store your name and email address. When you buy a course or a book we keep a record of the order and its payment.

Payments are made by bank transfer or Instapay. We keep the reference you send us so we can confirm your order. We never ask for, or store, your card number.

We set only what the site needs to work:

• Session — keeps you signed in. Removed when you sign out.
• Language — remembers whether you chose Arabic or English.
• Small preferences — your theme, a banner you closed, and your video speed and subtitles, kept in your own browser.
• Your cookie choice — whether you chose "Accept all" or "Essential only" on our cookie notice, kept for a year.

We use no advertising or tracking cookies, and we share nothing with advertising networks. If we ever add anything optional, such as measuring visits to improve the site, it will run only if you chose "Accept all". To change your choice, use Cookie settings at the foot of any page and the notice will ask you again.

Lesson videos play through YouTube's privacy-enhanced player. To protect the courses, your email address is shown faintly over the video while you watch, and only you see it.

To answer your enquiry, deliver what you bought, keep your account working and tell you about your own orders. We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask.

Your account details for as long as your account is open. Order and payment records for as long as the law requires.

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Write to us and we will act within thirty days.
