Consulting engagements
Every engagement is governed by a written proposal stating its scope, total value and payment schedule. Once signed, that proposal takes precedence over anything on this page.
Payments are made by bank transfer against an invoice, on the dates in the signed schedule.
Courses
A course you buy is yours to keep: it stays in your account, and lessons added to it later are included. Access belongs to the account that bought it and may not be shared or transferred.
E-books
Some books are downloaded, others are read on the site only. Each book's page says which before you buy. Every copy carries the author's mark and is for your personal use only.
Payment and confirmation
Orders paid by bank transfer or Instapay are confirmed once the payment reaches us. Until then the order shows as pending in your account.
Cancellation and refunds
Consultation sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 48 hours before the booked time. If you have a problem with a course or a book, contact us and we will work it out with you.
Fair use
Do not record, copy, resell or publish course videos or books. Doing so ends your access without a refund.
Intellectual property
Course material, e-books and consulting deliverables remain the intellectual property of BGD unless a signed agreement says otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
